Which solar package is right for my home?

Start with your monthly electricity spend to compare a suggested package and the next tier up. We then assess your roof, electricity use and essential backup loads before confirming the design. The online suggestion is a starting point, not a final system specification.

Can I explore prices before creating an account?

Yes. View the packages, finance examples and your electricity-cost summary without signing in. Create a profile when you are ready to save your contact and property details and request a conversation about your project.

Can I finance my solar investment?

Finance arranged through Enviro is currently available for Fox ESS packages only. If you pay cash or arrange your own personal loan, we can also discuss Sigenergy, Deye and Sunsynk for your project. Other-brand prices are quoted separately. Fox ESS package repayments are illustrations, with the example rate, term and fees shown in the breakdown. A lender confirms your actual offer, affordability, approval and terms. Grid electricity and any optional care costs are separate.

What can run during a power outage?

That depends on inverter capacity, usable battery energy and the circuits connected for backup. Tell us which appliances matter most. We design around those priorities and explain the limitations before you decide.

What happens after I choose a starting package?

Create or update your profile and select project follow-up if you want us to contact you. We discuss your requirements, assess the property and prepare a written proposal. You review the design, scope and payment milestones before committing. An online selection does not place an order or confirm an installation date.

What is included in the displayed cash price?

The provisional bundles include the listed equipment and standard installation, mounting, protection and compliance allowances. Roof access, extra cable runs and other site-specific requirements can change the quotation. Fox ESS package prices include VAT. Your written quotation identifies the supplier and confirms the equipment, delivery, installation scope, location-specific costs and final price.

Will solar remove my entire electricity bill?

Not necessarily. You may still buy grid electricity and pay fixed charges. Your use of daytime solar, tariffs, seasonal generation and system design affect the outcome. A finance payment below your current bill is not itself a savings estimate.

What do kVA, kWp and kWh mean?

Inverter kVA describes apparent power capacity; the supported real-power load depends on the equipment and load. Panel kWp is the array nameplate rating, not guaranteed output throughout the day. Battery kWh describes stored energy; usable energy and backup duration depend on the battery, settings and connected loads.

How long does installation take?

We confirm the schedule after the assessment and acceptance of a proposal. Equipment availability, installation complexity, weather and any approvals can affect timing. We do not promise a completion date before checking the project.

What warranty and support will I receive?

Your proposal and handover explain the selected equipment warranties, installation support and claim process. Terms vary by product and installation. Optional paid care is explained separately; it is not automatically a warranty extension.

Which areas does Enviro serve?

We offer nationwide supply across South Africa. We match equipment options to your needs and location, with availability, delivery, installation and support arrangements confirmed in your written quotation. Contact us to discuss your project.

Can Enviro help with a system installed by someone else?

You can request an assessment of an existing installation. We first establish the equipment, compatibility, condition and support scope. An assessment does not transfer or replace the original installer or manufacturer warranty.
